An interview with the Korean Consulate or Embassy... sounds daunting... it's not.
The only difficult thing is if you don't live in the city where the Korean Consulate is located you have to find some way of getting there. This can be problematic but work with your Placement Coordinator with Footprints. They are magicians at logistics and they can usually sort you out pretty good to save time and money.
Our motto is be prepared. There are some consulates who don't take this very seriously at all. Expect questions like:
- Why do you want to teach in Korea?
- Have you ever had a criminal record?
- Have you ever done drugs?
- What is your degree in? Why did you get that degree?
- How do you think you will be a good teacher?
If you've just finished your interview and you'd like to comment please send an email to webmaster@footprintsrecruiting.com
