These are Chilean nationals that are recognized and empowered with the honors and powers of an official notary.
Please note that there is an application fee of $10.00.
If accepted, there is a fee of $100.00.
IF YOU’RE MARRIED – you must also present your marriage certificate and the corresponding paperwork (birth certificates, criminal history~ For persons above the age of 18 and health certification etc)
Once the Visa has been stamped in the passport(s) you must enter Chile within 90 days.
The duration of the Visa depends on the validity of the Work Contract. The maximum duration is 2 years after which you may apply for Permanent Residency.
