Make a Claim

Viator has partnered with European Benefits Administrators (EBA), a third-party administrator whose core expertise lies in the administration of healthcare plans, medical referrals, cost control and reimbursement of medical expenses incurred around the world.

EBA needs to be contacted to pre-authorize any costs to be incurred as an in-patient as soon as possible and in any event not later than forty-eight (48) hours after admission.

Emergency Medical Evacuations and many out-patient diagnostic services must also be pre-authorized by EBA to help ensure full coverage is available.

Claim Forms for the Viator policy can be found at www.etfsinc.com

Simply go to the ‘Individual’s Document Centre’, scroll down to the ‘International Health Care Claim Form’ under the Expatriate Health Insurance in the Viator section. Claims instructions can be found on this form.
