Buses in Thailand

Buses go almost everywhere in Thailand and most are pretty comfortable.   We are looking for more information in this section.  Anyone with some time and first hand information please register and submit articles about bus transport in Thailand.

Bus Terminals in Bangkok

There are four bus terminals in Bangkok: Southern Bus Terminal (Sai Tai Mai), Eastern Bus Terminal (Ekkamai), Northern and Northeastern Bus Terminal (Mo Chit).

Skytrain in Bangkok

The sky train is one of the greatest things to hit Bangkok.  It is fast, clean, cool, and less crowded than the bus.  It also offers a nice view of Bangkok.  The sky train prices vary depending on distance.  Follow the directions available at the station on prices and how to pay.  If you are going to be using the train frequently, be sure to ask about the 100 Baht renewable ticket.
