The head office is located in Seoul. The director is fluent in English, having studied and lived in Canada for 10 years, making communication with her very easy. Teachers will be required to teach a variety of subjects (science, language arts, math, etc.) to one class for a full year. The school in Daegu has the best teaching, working and living condition compared to other franchises of this school. Daegu, Korea's third largest city, is located in the Southeastern part of the country and is a center of industry and research. Busan is less than one hour away via high speed rail, and Seoul is only two hours via high speed rail. Daegu is less polluted and has a lower cost of living than either Seoul or Busan, while offering many of the benefits of big city life. Daegu was recently a World Cup host city! Uiejeongbu is a satellite city just north of Seoul but still connected on the subway line. Teachers can live in this wonderful city with a small town feel and still spend their weekends attending cultural events in Seoul. Here, there is an even better cost of living ratio than in Seoul.
