Footprints incorporated in October of 2001 and was launched in February 2002 and since then Footprints Recruiting has experienced tremendous success and has grown rapidly. Our clients currently include schools at the forefront of the ESL industry in Asia and South America, included a chain of 29 schools in Taiwan that employs over 450 teachers annually, public schools in China that hire over 300 teachers annually and over 130 schools in South Korea that hire over 1000 teachers a year.
The most important function to our services is our commitment to teachers. We stand by our teachers throughout the duration of their contracts with lesson plan support and through any problems they encounter.
Because Footprints Recruiting comprehensively screens both the teachers and the schools before working with either party, our teacher retention rate is over 90%.
