To Avoid getting Sick...

E-mail

There are several things you can do to avoid getting sick.

First thing you have to consider, teachers get sick.  Kids are full of dirt, viruses, and bugs.  Your exposure to kids or even to the general public will be exaggerated and as a result, your risk of picking up this and that is compounded.

If you've got a sink in your classroom, wash your hands VERY often and get your kids to wash their hands.  Buy anti-bacterial lotion and use it on your hands as often as you remember.

Other Ways to Avoid Getting Sick:

  • Don’t eat food purchased from street vendors.
  • Don’t drink beverages with ice.
  • Don’t eat dairy products unless you know they have been pasteurized.
  • Don’t share needles with anyone.
  • Don’t handle animals (especially monkeys, dogs, and cats), to avoid bites and serious diseases (including rabies and plague).

Teacher Reviews

Jennifer

Jennifer “Thank you so much for all of your hard work :) I am truly happy in Daejeon. My schools are amazing, and I honestly couldn't ask for more. I really appreciate all of the work that went into me being apart of Daejeon MOE. Based on the circumstances, it was pretty difficult managing things, and I am happy we were all able to make it work together.”
