This is a great interview with Ben Glickman on a CBC radio program called The Link. This interview takes place on August 5, 2009 and despite a small glitch where we are referenced as Footsteps, Ben Glickman not only provides some great insight into the challenges of finding great teachers in a flooded market, but he also speaks about the increased competition in the job market as schools overseas become even more critical about who they are hiring given they have so many more choices. Have a listen to the interview here or if you would like to hear the whole radio program please go to CBC's The Link.

“I loved my teaching experience through Footprints and would highly recommend the process to anyone. Footprints really works hard to screen for the best, most reputable schools and you can always feel safe accepting a position through them.”
