of China in New York has jurisdiction to process applications for residents of the following US States: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont
Their office is open from 9:00am to 2:00pm to process visa applications to teach or travel in China.
