I am keen to get the highest possible salary. I need to make as much money as possible. Does Footprints have the highest paying jobs? I have seen some jobs elsewhere that offer more money but I don't get a good feeling about them... do you have higher paying jobs too? First, we offer jobs that offer market value salaries and top-end salaries. Some of our government or public school jobs may not offer the highest remuneration but there are other benefits that easily make up for the lower salary.

Footprints has done the research to make sure your salary is at market or better. How do you know if we're getting you the best salary - check. In some cases you might see a slightly higher salary - maybe that's because that employer HAS to offer a higher salary because they have a very high turnover. This is our business... making sure you're taken care of. We see the employers that are advertising bi-monthly and we ask why. There are a number of employers out there, we find the best ones that offer the best packages - salary, benefits and professionalism.
