Footprints connects it workers to a program where they can study to obtain a diploma in Education. Upon completion one can see if a state accepts the credential as is and grants a teaching license or see if they require you to take any supplementary coursework before granting a teaching license. What states or places accept the credential as is and grant you a teaching license?

Thank you very much for pointing this out. This program has been discontinued, and in the launching of our new site, some content from the old site made it in. I have contacted the Web Administrator to remove this.

With regard to your question, each state makes all decisions regarding teaching credentials on a case to case basis so you would have to contact the state's department of education to inquire.

This website (studyandworkoverseas.com/) is still advertising the program. I personally have not heard from the group in charge of this program for quite some time even though I had started the program about a year ago.
