Hey all, I am a British Citizen currently living in the United States, I have been told I need to get a British criminal background check from England which is fine however I can't notarize it from here and would potentially have to fly back to England just for that. Can anyone offer a solution? Could I just get it notarized and apostilled in the USA? I know its a British document but I feel there must be a way around this.......if not I guess I can always go and see London

Apparently you can get it done at a British consulate in the country your in, so for me it will be one of the British consulates in the USA.
