Hi!

I'm just filling out my application to EPIK, and am wondering on the types of references I should have. I have a previous employer, but am wondering if I can have a coordinator of a department I work in close relation to each day. Also, I do have volunteer experience in youth groups and a youth centre in my town. Could I have the supervisor of those two places be a reference? The Visa application info said I would need professors or employers but I wanted to see if that coordinator or volunteer supervisor could also be used.

Hi Crystal,

You can certainly have your coordinator write your reference relating to your current work (as long as you work for them and not with them). As long as someone is in a supervisory role over you, then that would be OK.
