HELP

• I don't want my email address to show on my profile
  • change your user name to something different - the default username is your email address - to change your username go to Edit Your Profile, then go to Contact Info and change your username - you can also make it invisible to other viewers.
• I can't get my application to go throughmake sure the attachments you are trying to upload are:
  • that they are accepted types IE) doc, docx, txt, jpg, gif
  • below 1024KB
• How can I reduce the size of my files
  • If you have a resume with images in it you can try to pdf it - often this reduces the size
  • If you have a resume with images in it you can remove the images and attach them to your file instead
  • If you have a resume with images in it you can reduce the size of the image size and then save the image for web before inserting it into the resume document.
  • If you are trying to reduce an image or a scan - check the image size - often images are huge they should be no larger than 800px across by 1100px high for documents - images can be able 400px x 600px and if you save the image for web it will reduce it even more as a jpg or a gif file.
