Staying in Check - Find Your Mojo

Healthy Living For Teachersan article from Footprints teacher Brenna Fischer (Certified Health Counselor)

While living abroad I have realized just how important it is to maintain your health and take care of body while in an unfamiliar place, especially since you have to battle a language barrier and, generally speaking, don’t have the support system from home to lean on.  I work with expats who struggle with weight loss, stress management, beating cravings, having more energy, sleeping better and generally living a healthy and balanced life while living abroad.
