While living abroad I have realized just how important it is to maintain your health and take care of body while in an unfamiliar place, especially since you have to battle a language barrier and, generally speaking, don’t have the support system from home to lean on. I work with expats who struggle with weight loss, stress management, beating cravings, having more energy, sleeping better and generally living a healthy and balanced life while living abroad.







instead he had known during his university years that upon graduating he wanted to head overseas to teach in preparation for his future goal of being accepted into the UBC teaching program. To begin preparing for this Don started his research like many of us do, online. He googled “teach overseas” and then spent time evaluating various sites until he came to one that sparked his interest. That website turned out to be the Footprints Recruiting ® one, and after spending time reviewing the different options he decided that the program in Georgia, Eastern Europe was the right one for him.
