Answer: Apartments are everywhere! It's not very often one sees a house. Most apartments are 1,2, and 3 bedroom with a bathroom and a living area mixed in with the kitchen.
Schools usually pay for the housing and teachers pay the bills. Our bills last month were about 50,000 won each~between 3 people. It is very cheap considering all the electricity and water we went through!
