Cost of Living in Georgia

money_calculatorGeorgia is an inexpensive place to live and work.  It should be noted that an average, local public school teacher will make less than $300USD per month and that many of these teachers are able to live well, and support themselves and their families.

Travel and transportation within Georgia is cheap but when considering teaching in Georgia one should note that this is not a country where you are going to be able to save a lot of money to pay down loans or other debts that you may have back in your home country.

In short though, you will earn more than enough money to live comfortably by Georgian standards.
