TOP (185) :: Teachers in Taiwan (12)
| Amy Sindicic I am really grateful for the opportunity to teach in Taiwan. I have learned a great deal from this experience over the past 10 months. I had spent the year before teaching for a small school in Japan. I had always wanted to see Taiwan but had heard so many rumors and also read on numerous sites that Taiwan did not hire people over 35... then someone mentioned Footprints and I decided to give them a call. Within weeks they lined up a job for me in Taiwan! The school they found for me was very large and known for their excellent training program. I felt I could improve in some areas of teaching so I was pleased. The experience has be phenomenal! I have gotten so much better at lesson planning and I have learned to be more creative. I would recommend this school to anyone who thinks they can benefit from more training. In September I will be returning home till after Christmas... then thanks to Footprints I will be working in Korea. I really like seeing the world and learning about other cultures. I am really happy that I found Footprints. And thanks to my experience in Taiwan I have a new "bag of tricks" to take with me to Korea. Life is good! |
