  What is Footprints?

Footprints Recruiting is an international teacher placement agency that is owned and operated by experienced ESL teachers. All of our employees have traveled the world and can provide your graduates with all the information required to live and teach English overseas.

  What does Footprints Do?

Footprints Recruiting Incorporated introduces reputable employers to exceptional teaching candidates.

Footprints has cultivated relationships with ONLY the BEST employers. Employers are put through an extensive screening process that identifies excellent employers and wherever possible, a Footprints representative has visited the school in-person to ensure that they are reputable. Our qualifications are high because our reputation is our business.

  How do your grads benefit?

Footprints carefully screens each of the schools that we work with to ensure that your grad does not have to learn many of the tough lessons that many new ESL teachers learn when working for the first time in a foreign country.

One of our representatives will work personally with your grad to:

  • explain their employment contract to them in detail
  • teach them some important things about the culture that they are about to immerse themselves in before they get there
  • walk them through some initial teaching information that will help them to get started
  • translate any initial foreign language correspondence
  • help them to attain their working visa, which is often a tedious and frustrating process

  7. employers may try to deduct too much tax
  8. employers may try to charge too much for rent
  9. many employers try to cheat their teachers out of severance bonuses, holidays, sick days and overtime.

Footprints is available for ongoing problems and support for the duration of your graduates contract. Your graduates NEED Footprints to screen these employer for their security.

Teacher Reviews

Kara Stirling

Kara Stirling “My experience in Korea was one of the best of my life. I know, I know…so cliché…but it WAS. I am also of the opinion that Footprints Recruiting ROCKS. My year in Korea went off without a hitch…until…sigh, the end of my contract and my last paycheck. My director tried to scam me out of about 700 USD. I contacted Footprints and they stepped in and took action against my employer. Footprints has your back during the placement and throughout your contract. Make sure you cover your butt, go with a great recruiter.”
