It is very important to note that there are dramatically different laws and customs in Saudi Arabia. As a foreigner you are afforded some latitude but you are expected to be considerate of and conform to local expectations.

1) there is no alcohol to be consumed anywhere in Saudi.
2) women are to dress in slacks or skirts
3) blouses or shirts need to be neck high buttoned and arms should be covered as best as possible.
