In order to qualify for this program you MUST meet at least one of the following conditions:

- bachelor degree in education + teaching certificate
- bachelor degree in English + teaching certificate
- bachelor degree in Applied Linguistics + teaching certificate
- bachelor degree in TESOL or TESL + teaching certificate
- master degree in education + teaching certificate
- master degree in English + teaching certificate
- master degree in TESOL or TESL + teaching certificate
- PhD in English, Education, Applied Linguistics or TESOL + a teaching certificate *

*Your teaching certificate must still be VALID and cannot expire during your contract in Taiwan. You must be qualified as a certified teacher by local education authorities in Canada or the United States for teaching grades 1 to 9.
