The Gyeonggi Institute for Foreign Languages Education(GIFLE) is the teacher training institute for the Gyeonggi-do Provincial Office of Education. The GIFLE hosts month long intensive training sessions for public school teachers in Gyeonggi-do.

The teacher trainers would be helping the Korean teachers to strengthen their own English abilities in reading, writing and speaking. Additionally, the teacher trainer would teach these Korean teachers techniques on how to teach English to various age groups of students in the Gyeonggi-do public school system.

During these training sessions the public school teachers will be trained/educated in a number of different subjects including comminication, writing, listening and class talk and drama. In addition to these core subjects they can also chose from a number of elective subjects.

This is an wonderful opportunity for experienced and professional teachers to expand on their teaching repertoire and to share their knowledge with upcoming public school teachers.
